How do I register?
Payment options:
– cash (pay to instructor at the gym. Please bring the exact amount if possible)
– e-transfer to nakjudo@gmail.com (please state the your name and date of the class)
– Access our classes calendar, pick the date you want to attend, login and pay with your credit card.
What do I need to start?
This is the easiest and the hardest part.
You just need to show up and join the group!
Wear comfortable clothes (e.g. t-shirt and tights) and bring a water bottle.
You will work out bare feet on the mat but you can bring slippers or flip-flops for indoor use only.
Get ready to sweat and have fun.
You don’t want to start by yourself?
No problem!! Bring a friend with you and they can join for free!!
